What to send us
You can email your contact details, the service or role you are interested in and information needed to discuss your request. Please do not send medical records, identity documents, bank details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use your information
The relevant company uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry or discuss recruitment. Information should be available only to authorised people dealing with your request. Reference checks and Police vetting use a separate process and consent.
Email and website providers
Email links open your own email service. Sending an email does not submit information through a website form. Your email provider and our email provider process those messages under their own terms. The website hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to operate and protect the site. Providers may process information outside New Zealand.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and recruitment information is kept only as long as needed for its purpose or a legal requirement. Any longer-term recruitment use should be explained separately. Website form storage and its automated deletion service are not active for this email-only launch.
Your rights and questions
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, ask a privacy question or raise a concern with the relevant company at wmneworks@hotmail.com. Include which company your request concerns. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
